You can submit a new addon by navigating to the "Submit Addon" page from the main menu or your dashboard. Simply provide the Google Workspace Marketplace URL for your addon - we'll automatically import all the details including name, description, category, screenshots, ratings, and install counts from the Google Workspace Marketplace listing. Our team will review your submission within 2-3 business days. Once approved, your addon will be visible on the marketplace.
To claim an addon, navigate to the addon's page and click the "Claim this Addon" button. You'll need to verify your email and provide company information. Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days. Once approved, you'll gain access to manage the addon's information, view analytics, and respond to user feedback.
Install counts and ratings on QuadRamp Marketplace may differ slightly from Google Workspace Marketplace for a few reasons: 1) We update our data once per week from Google's public listings, 2) Google may display different metrics in different regions, and 3) There may be a time lag between Google's updates and our weekly sync. We display the data as accurately as possible based on publicly available information from Google Workspace Marketplace.
We update addon data including install counts, ratings, reviews, and other metrics once per week. This scheduled sync ensures we have the most current information from Google Workspace Marketplace while maintaining system performance. If you've recently updated your addon on Google Workspace Marketplace, please allow up to 7 days for the changes to reflect on QuadRamp Marketplace.
Once your addon claim is approved, go to Dashboard → My Addons. Click "Edit" on any addon to update its description, category, tags, and other details. Changes are saved automatically. Note that some information like install counts and ratings are synced directly from Google Workspace Marketplace and cannot be manually edited.
If your claim is rejected, you'll receive an email with the specific reason. Common reasons include domain mismatch (your email domain doesn't match the addon's developer domain) or insufficient verification. You can submit a new claim after addressing the issues mentioned. If you believe the rejection was in error, contact our support team at support@quadramp.com with documentation proving your ownership.
Featured addons are selected by our editorial team based on several criteria including user ratings, install count, recent activity, unique value proposition, and overall quality. Maintaining a high rating (4.0+), actively responding to user feedback, keeping your addon updated, and ensuring comprehensive marketplace information increases your chances of being featured. We rotate featured addons regularly to showcase different solutions.
QuadRamp Marketplace organizes addons into categories including Productivity, Communication, Project Management, Data & Analytics, Education, Sales & CRM, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, HR & Recruitment, Developer Tools, Design & Creative, Utilities, and more. When submitting or editing your addon, select the most relevant category. You can also add multiple tags to help users discover your addon through different search terms.
Addon ownership is verified during the claim process. You must use an email address that matches the domain of the addon developer (e.g., if your addon is published by example.com, you should claim it with an @example.com email). We may also request additional verification such as access to the Google Cloud Console project, developer console screenshots, or other documentation proving you are the legitimate owner or authorized representative.

We typically respond within 24 hours for general inquiries and 12-24 hours for technical support. For urgent issues, please mark your request as "High" or "Urgent" priority.
